Socially Creative provides social media management, strategy, coaching, and consulting services. Our services may include but are not limited to:
Social media content creation, Account management, Strategy development, Coaching and training, Content planning and scheduling.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before services begin. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Recurring services will be billed automatically.
You agree to:
Provide timely feedback and necessary materials, Maintain active communication, Keep payment information current, Provide accurate information, Use services in compliance with applicable laws.
We retain ownership of our methodologies and processes. You retain ownership of your content and materials. We may use your success stories and results for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and business data. We will not share your information without explicit permission, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payment is not received, Terms are violated, Inappropriate behavior occurs, Services are misused
Socially Creative is not liable for:
Third-party platform changes or issues, Technical difficulties beyond our control, Indirect or consequential damages Results of implementing our strategies

No-Refund Policy
At Socially Creative, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all our services. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All sales for digital products and services are final. No refunds will be issued for monthly subscription services. No refunds will be provided for completed or in-progress work, Strategy sessions and consulting calls are non-refundable. Course access and digital downloads are non-refundable
Subscription Cancellations
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month. You will maintain access to services until the end of your paid/ contract period.
